Oil transportation system
(1) The oil pump is a air-cooled thermal oil pump. The stator, rotor gears, shaft, and bearings of the oil transfer pump are made from high-strength special steel, enabling them to withstand the stresses generated by high-viscosity fluids and significant pressure drops. This pump is responsible for delivering pre-treated oil to the reaction vessel.

Distillation system
(1) The distillation column employs a vertical vessel and features a complex internal evaporation structure, comprising an atomizer, an evaporator, a separation chamber, packing material, and other components.
(2) Install an agitator on the reactor to thoroughly mix the pretreated oil with the catalyst.
(3) The reactor bottom features a double-layer stainless steel structure, which minimizes scale buildup and facilitates easy removal of residual sludge.
(4) The reactor is equipped with high-temperature insulation cotton and double-layer thermal insulation.
